Harder & Company Consultants will give the group a brief progress update, including a Needs Assessment 101.

Billie-Jean will give a brief update on the small group of members who will finalize the survey instrument after the group completes the changes.

8. Review and Revise Survey Instrument from 2002 Harder & Co./Group 5:00

The group will review the past survey instrument and make changes for the current tool in collaboration with the Harder & Co. consultants beginning with the Service Issues and Satisfaction section.

9. Discuss Web Updates (If Time Permits) Harder & Co./Group 6:15

The group will discuss web updates for the Needs Assessment.

The Planning Council has several standing Committees where Council business and creation of motions for full-Council action occur, and members of the public are urged to attend. Council procedures do not permit: 1) persons in the audience at Council meeting to vocally express support or opposition to statements by Council members or by other persons testifying, outside of public comment; 2) ringing and use of cell phones, pagers, and similar sound-producing electronic devices; 3) signs to be brought into the meeting or displayed in the room; 4) standing in the meeting room.
